Jonathon Martin

Jonathon spent over 20 years as a Partner at Spayne Lindsay, a leading corporate finance advisory firm focused on the international consumer sector.  He still retains a role as Senior Advisor to Spayne Lindsay, advising them on originating and executing larger transactions and assisting them on developing their franchise in the Consumer Health sector.
 
Prior to Spayne Lindsay, Jonathon worked as an M&A advisor on domestic and cross-border transactions in London with Robert Fleming (the international investment bank acquired by JP Morgan) and in Hong Kong with Jardine Fleming and CLSA, both leading pan-Asian investment banks.
